‘National Trust Papers II’ at London Design Festival
This September our London Showrooms will once again be taking part in London Design Festival, as we celebrate our second wallpaper collection in collaboration with the National Trust, ‘National Trust Papers II’. The festival will run from 18th – 26th September and all four of our showrooms, situated in Marylebone, Chelsea, Notting Hill and Islington, will be showcasing the new collection in store throughout the festival period and beyond.
London Design Festival is a showcase of the very best design across the capital, from fashion through to interiors and everything in between. To celebrate our involvement this year, If you pop into any one of our London showrooms during the festival and explore the new wallpaper book, you’ll be welcomed with a little bag of treats for you to take home an enjoy! * Our window display will also feature our brand-new Autumn advertisement too.
If you find yourself around Chelsea between 20th – 24th September, you might even spot our very own electric taxi wrapped in the ‘Burges Snail’ wallpaper design (one of our favourite designs from the collection). The taxi will be offering ‘free rides’ between Chelsea Harbour, South Kensington, Sloane Square and of course our Chelsea Showroom at 310 King’s Road, so you can hop about the design district easily - and the fare will be on us!
The seven designs from the new collection have all been taken from beloved National Trust properties and span over 400 years of interior decoration - each design has been carefully redrawn and recoloured by the Little Greene studio team whilst respectfully acknowledging the traditional methods and materials that were originally used to create them, as well as making them perfect for contemporary decoration.
The new collection, ‘National Trust Papers II’ will officially launch online and in our showrooms on Monday 20th September, see you there!
